Outcomes:

Design is an integral element of how we enable users to handle the complexities of high-volume

logs, forensic analysis, and self-serve automation. We had to grow a culture that combined design

thinking across people in product design, information visualization, deep tech, customer success,

and overall startup life. That led to the careful selection and design of components, experiences,

and in one case, inventing a new kind of visualization!
